Booking Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all private briefings, webinars, and training sessions provided by Signal Markets.

By submitting a booking request or proceeding with payment, you confirm your acceptance of these terms.
 

• Booking confirmation – All sessions are subject to availability and confirmed upon receipt of payment.

• Payment terms – Invoices are payable within 5 business days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Rescheduling – Bookings may be rescheduled with at least 72 hours’ notice prior to the confirmed session date.

• Cancellations – Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable.

• Session materials – All slide decks, recordings, and related materials are provided for internal use only and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without prior written consent.

• Content updates – Signal Markets reserves the right to adjust session content to reflect the latest FCA guidance, market developments, or regulatory updates.

• Liability – Sessions are provided for educational purposes and do not constitute financial or investment advice.
